Fire Marshal Training
Workplace Fire Safety at Your Fingertips
Our Fire Marshal training is for the employees who’ve been given the responsibility of being a Fire Marshal or Fire Warden within the workplace.
This is our most sought-after course.
The course will equip your staff with the skills they need to fulfil their roles as fire marshals and the knowledge of what to do in a fire emergency. This includes a live practical session on the use of fire extinguishers. We can also offer a controlled ‘live fire’ demonstration as part of the practical session, using a gas rig to enhance your team of fire wardens’ training experience. This can include a bin, chip pan, computer monitor and liquid tray fire, depending on your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not really.
Warden and Marshal are two different names for the same role.
In larger companies you may see the role split into two different roles. But otherwise it’s personal preference as to which name you use.
-
The course is a half day course. Approximately 4 hours.
-
Two reasons.
It’s a legal requirement that all employers provide appropriate fire safety training for their staff.
It helps secure the safety of your premises and your most important people (your team, if you were wondering)
-
Avoid ‘floaty’ clothes. Other than that, come in what’s most comfortable and work appropriate.
-
Of course. We understand that every business is different and has different requirements. We can amend current courses or write a completely bespoke course to suit the needs of the business.

We will need an area to set up our laptop and projector.
For the live fire training, we’ll need to go outside and use up approximately 2-3 of your car parking spaces.
-
Online is something we’re considering should the demand grow for it.
However at present all our courses are in-person. We find this provides a better learning experience, with the ability to ask and discuss questions with our expert instructors.
