Over two-decades ago, Paul Thompson, began his career as a wholetime firefighter. Which later progressed into several years of training and assessing other firefighters.

Realising a talent as a trainer, teamed with a real passion for fire safety, he noticed the need businesses had for quality fire training.

Tailored training designed to fit the specific needs of a business. 

Not cookie-cutter, tick box training that goes in one ear and out the other. Paul saw the frustrations businesses and workers were having with run-of-the-mill training programs. And so began the building blocks for Fire and First Aid Training.
